It relies heavily on human interaction and often involves manipulating people into breaking normal security procedures and best practices for financial gain or to gain access to systems, networks or physical locations.
You will be introduced to many types of social engineering attacks, including phishing, spear phishing, whaling, vishing and ransomware. It will discuss how you can spot attacks and how attacks can be prevented.
