Just like A&E, the emergency services or call centres, Trevor must be often on the receiving end of somebody in distress who gets in touch with a cyber security issue and needs help **right now**. And just like James Bond, a lot of what he deals with ‘remains classified’.
I had met Trevor on FSB zoom networking sessions, and so had become aware of him and his ‘white hat’. I found myself with a pressing need to sort out an issue that had cropped up via a bad actor.
